We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower and bed. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, such as Taroko National Park. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast provided by the hotel.
All was perfect.

The location of this hotel allows easy access to transportation for visiting attractions. the rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds and nice showers. the hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is enjoyable. They offer great facilities and the amenities are well-catered to the guests' needs.
They provide too many single-use plastic toiletries, which is not environmentally friendly.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area. the staff were polite and friendly, greeting us with a big smile upon arrival. the breakfast was decent, with a good variety of food to choose from. the location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions, as it was within walking distance to public transportation.
Our Christmas stay was ruined by the excessive noise coming from the room next to ours. We could hear everything that was going on in there, including loud music and people talking loudly until late at night.

Located close to the train and bus station, making it an accessible spot. The room was spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from.
The use of single-use plastic toiletries which contributes to the environmental waste. The staff didn't speak English making communication difficult.
